Ticketing and Reservations
* Online time-slot reservations are required. Each time slot has limited tickets to manage guest flow and parking.
* Time slots allow guests time to park, redeem tickets, and enter the queue. They do not guarantee immediate
entry.
*Arrive with your party 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot. Early arrivals may be asked to leave and return
at their scheduled time.
* Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their tickets. There are no refunds.
*Guests may request to reschedule in writing, but rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
*Prepaid tickets and barcodes (printed or digital) must be available for entry. Admission is required for all guests.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
*All tickets are non-refundable. If you miss your reserved time, tickets are forfeited unless you contact the Holiday
Spirit Festival to request rescheduling.
*Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If rescheduling is not possible, there are
no refunds.
* If the event is delayed or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, affected guests will be notified by email and
may reschedule without a fee, subject to availability.
* If a “Snow/Rain” date is offered and you cannot attend, you may try to reschedule for another date, based on
availability. Refunds are not provided if no alternative dates are available.
Event Experience and Attire
*The festival is a 1-mile outdoor walking path (Winter Wonderland), taking about 35–45 minutes to explore.
*Dress appropriately for winter weather. Boots, hats, gloves, and warm coats are highly recommended. Open-toed
footwear is not allowed.
*The terrain includes wood chips, loose gravel, and natural surfaces. Most strollers and wheelchairs can maneuver
the grounds, but weather may affect accessibility.
*Guests with injuries requiring casts, braces, or crutches will not be admitted for safety reasons.
Weather and Schedule Changes
*The festival remains open in rain or snow unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
* For up-to-date weather and schedule changes, check the website, Facebook page, or call 845-297-9627 before
your visit.
*The festival reserves the right to change the operating schedule at any time. Changes will be posted on official
channels, and affected guests will be notified by email if possible.
Group Sales
*Group discount tickets are not available online. Group sales must be arranged in advance with the Holiday Spirit
Festival.
*Group discounts are not available for Saturday attendance.
Code of Conduct
*Inappropriate behavior (including violence, threats, or substance abuse) will result in removal from the event with
no refund. Law enforcement will be notified if necessary.
*Guests under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol will be denied entry and will not receive a refund.

Refund Policy:
Sorry No Refunds. If a ticket holder fails to attend during their reserved time slot, there will be no refunds. The ticket holder may contact the Holiday Spirit Festival to try to re-schedule. Tickets will Not automatically be rescheduled and will be forfeited unless ticket holder contacts the Holiday Spirit Festival requesting rescheduling. **Please Note: Re-scheduling will be based on availability and are Not Guaranteed. If re-scheduling is not possible, there will be no refund. **
Cancellation Policy:
The Holiday Spirit Festival remains open during some minor inclement weather. Only in the event we need to close, due to inclement weather that may effect the safety of our guests and staff, we will post such closing on our web site, and Facebook page. (holidayspiritfestival.com) You will receive an email informing you of this happening. Kevin McCurdy's Holiday Spirit Festival will do our best to attempt to re-schedule your tickets.
